Georgia is one of Australia’s most experienced High Performance Psychologists. Over the past 20 years, she has consulted to a range of sports at the Olympic Level working with athletes, teams, coaches and high performance leaders to create systems and strategies that lead to enhanced culture, teamwork, performance and wellbeing. Georgia works with high performers in Sport, Academia, Defence Force, Medicine and Government to maximise peak performance and maintain wellbeing under pressure.
Leadership Roles
Over the past 20 years Georgia has held the positions of Lead Psychologist for Tokyo Olympics, Lead Psychologist for the Australian Swim Team, Senior Advisor of Performance Health Services for the Qld Academy of Sport and consulted to University of Qld, Griffith University & Qld Government.

Sabrina works with teenagers and young adults to help them realise their potential. She understands that life can become a little overwhelming at times and this can impact sporting performance, life, work and study. Sabrina has experience working with everyday people as well as athletes across a range of sports including Football, Swimming, Volleyball, AFL and Athletics. Sabrina is a warm and friendly psychologist, who ensures that sessions are focused on finding solutions.
Leadership Roles
Sabrina has been the Lead Performance Psychologist for the Brisbane Strikers Academy Football Club and the Queensland Academy of Sport Volleyball Program.
Gemma works with athletes, coaches, corporate and mining personnel to enhance performance outcomes through highly strategic mindset skills. Gemma has worked with the successful 2018 Commonwealth Games Squash Team on the Gold Coast and has also worked as worked with the Brisbane Lions AFLW Team in their inaugural season assisting with player wellbeing. Gemma has experience working with AFL, archery, diving and water polo and is a National Water Polo player.

Gemma has previously been the Lead Performance Psychologist for Squash Australia and Archery Australia, and the Qld Pillar Lead for Diving Australia.

Chelsea is a very experienced Psychologist who works with adolescents, athletes and performing artists. She focuses on people's wellbeing and performance in life and/or sport. Over the past 8 years, Chelsea has successfully supported teenagers and young adults to believe in themselves and create success strategies. Chelsea has worked across several sports including Swimming, Triathlon, Tennis, and Rugby, and also works in the Performing Arts sector across Ballet, Musical Theatre, and Acting.
Leadership Roles
Chelsea is a Sport Psychologist for the Swimming Australia Network and is a former elite level swimmer. She is also the Lead Wellbeing Psychologist for the Griffith University Musical Theatre Program and is a lecturer for Swinburne Online.
Mat works across mental health, wellbeing, and performance with a broad range of individuals, teams, and organisations - from youth to high performance. He has experience across elite sports, Esports, performing arts, and everyday high achievers. Mat’s style is collaborative and authentic. He particularly connects well with young males helping them get clear about their values, their goals and their performance under pressure.
Leadership Roles
Mat has worked with the National Rugby League (NRL), sits on the Mental Health Advisory Group for Queensland Rugby Union and co-delivered the mindful recovery program for the Tokyo Olympics. He is a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology, is a Board Member for College of Sport and Exercise Psychology and is a published author.
